Esther von der Osten

studied General and Comparative Literature (AVL) and Art History in Berlin and Paris. From 2001-2011, she was a research assistant at the University of Bayreuth and the Free University of Berlin. From 2011 to 2019, she worked as a freelance translator and lecturer. Since 2020, she has worked as a lecturer for special tasks at the Peter Szondi Institute for AVL at the FU Berlin and a translator. She has translated Hélène Cixous, Jacques Derrida, Jean-Luc Nancy, and others, as well as theater texts and subtitles.
