Aurélie Maurin

has lived in Berlin since 2000 as a curator, poetry translator (including Bert Papenfuß and Thomas Brasch) and organiser. In 2001, she co-founded the VERSschmuggel (reVERSible) poetry series at Wunderhorn Verlag and edited it until 2017. Since 2017, she has headed the TOLEDO programme of the German Translator Fund, for which she initiated the Journals, Cities of Translators, Toledo talks series and the international poetry translators’ meeting JUNIVERS. In 2021 she took over the artistic direction of the poetry meeting in Münster (together with Anja Utler). She is also on the road as a musician and lyricist. Her most recent publication is JUNIVERS (Urs Engeler, 2022).
